Bye-bye cold,miserable winter.. hello spring flowers!
As we all know, winter in the Southern hemisphere comes once every June and ends around August (for all you ex-geography students, this should come in handy!).
Which only means one thing, winter is finally over!! Well almost, actually.
No more miserable cold nights where my feet and fingers will be the first to freeze.
No more wearing 4 layers of clothings which make a snow-woman-lookalike.
No more "moon" at 4.30 in the evening (yes, more sunshineeeeee!)
No more naked trees without leaves (they scare me..)
No more throwing my money away on my heater consumption to my electricity bill
No more, urmmmm just no more winter.. you get the whole picture.
So anywayz,
As Sarah was feeling in the mood to welcome Spring (okay, for you geography illiterates, Spring comes after winter), she decided to call her kawan-kawan to go yamcha-ing by the Yarra River and enjoy the comfort the Sun shinning and the cool breeze.
You see,
I *heart* Spring because the weather is juuuusttt right. Not too cold, not too hot.
So i get to practically wear anything, depending on the weather!
We headed down to Crown Casino, and had yummy-licious drinks and food at this riverside cafe.
